FLORIDA - The Coral Springs Fire Department is unveiling a new system that will provide vital life saving information to first responders. “SavingMinutes” is an Internet-based product, developed locally by Bartley technologies, that will allow residents of the City of Coral Springs to access a specially designed software program through their city’s web site, www.CoralSprings.org/Savingminutes. The resident will register, and then easily enter specific information about their home and the people living inside.

This information will be maintained in the city’s computers and forwarded to Fire Department personnel while they are en route to an emergency at the residents’ home, essentially, “SavingMinutes” that it may take for personnel to gather that same information on the scene. This software was created specifically for use in the fire service. The Coral Springs Fire Department will be the first agency in the country to use this system. City officials are excited that our City and Fire Department will be able to provide this outstanding service to its residents at no charge. This program will be available immediately.
